Routine maintenance and maintenance are completed by the extruder operator every day when the machine is switched on and off, and generally does not account for the operating hours of the equipment.
Regular maintenance and maintenance are generally carried out after the extruder runs continuously for 2500-5000 hours. The machine needs to be disassembled to check, measure and identify the wear of main parts, replace the parts that have reached the specified wear limit, and repair the damaged parts.
Daily maintenance, maintenance and precautions:
1. It is not allowed to run empty, so as not to scratch the barrel. When the empty car is tested, the speed should not be higher than 3rpm.
2. Strictly prevent metal or other sundries from falling into the hopper, so as not to damage the screw and barrel. To prevent iron impurities from entering
When the material enters the barrel, a magnetic part or a magnetic frame can be installed where the material enters the feeding port of the barrel. When feeding, check whether there is a magnetic frame in the bucket, if not, it must be put into the magnetic frame immediately, and the metal objects attached to the magnetic frame should be checked and cleaned frequently. In order to prevent sundries from falling, the materials must be sieved in advance.
3. The equipment should always be kept clean and well lubricated, usually do a good job of wiping and lubrication, pay attention to the cleanliness of the production environment, and do not allow garbage impurities to be mixed into the material to block the filter plate, affecting the quality of product output and increasing the resistance of the machine head.
4. Before each start-up, it is necessary to check whether there is leakage of material or air at the connection of the extruder, especially the connection between the upper and lower stage machines and the tail of the lower stage machine, that is, the connection between the extruder and the transmission box. If there is leakage, replace the sealing or locking screw immediately.
5. If abnormal noise occurs during the operation of the extruder, it should be stopped immediately for inspection or repair.
6. Regularly calibrate the temperature control instrument to check the correctness of its adjustment and the sensitivity of the control.
7. The maintenance of the reducer of the extruder is the same as that of the general standard reducer. It is mainly to check the wear and failure of gears, bearings, etc., whether the cooling water is unblocked, and the lubrication of each rotating part. The gearbox should use the lubricating oil specified in the machine manual, and add oil according to the specified oil level height. Too little oil will cause poor lubrication and reduce the service life of parts; too much oil will cause high heat and energy consumption, and the oil will be easily deteriorated. , also make the lubrication ineffective, resulting in the consequences of damage to the parts. The oil leakage part of the gearbox should be replaced in time to ensure the amount of lubricating oil.
8. The inner wall of the cooling water pipe attached to the extruder is easy to form scale, and the outside of the Teflon pipe or steel pipe is easy to corrode and rust. Careful inspection should be done during maintenance. Excessive scale will block the pipeline, fail to achieve cooling effect, and serious rust will cause water leakage. Therefore, scale removal and anti-corrosion cooling measures must be taken during maintenance. Always check the sealing and water leakage of various pipe filters and joints, and do a good job in the protection of cooling pipes.
9. Do the locking inspection of all fasteners of the machine in time, such as the fastening screws of the heating ring, the wiring terminals, and the external shield components of the machine.
10. If the power supply is interrupted, the potentiometers must be reset to zero (that is, the speed of the upper and lower mainframes should be reset to zero, and the drive and heating should be stopped. After the voltage is normal, it must be reheated to the set value. After insulation, it can be turned on.
11. For the DC motor that drives the screw to rotate, it is necessary to focus on checking the wear and contact of the brushes. It should also be frequently measured whether the insulation resistance value of the motor is above the specified value. In addition, check whether the connecting wire and other parts are rusted, and take protective measures.
12. When the extruder needs to be stopped for a long time, anti-rust grease should be applied to the working surfaces of the screw, machine, and head. The small screw should be suspended in the air or placed in a special wooden box, and should be leveled with a wooden block to prevent the screw from being deformed or bruised.
