Features of stainless steel high-speed mixer blade:
According to the characteristics of the material, stainless steel blades are available in two types: disc blades and three-type blades. The stirring blade is driven by the motor through the apex. It rotates clockwise, so that the material moves along the pot wall on the one hand, and at the same time it turns up and down circularly, processing the function of the deflector to make the mixing effect. Because the material moves at high speed, the friction heat between the particles and between the material and the paddle is very large, which increases the temperature of the material, which not only reduces the heating amount of the pot wall accordingly, but also helps the resin to pelletizer.

5. SHR-25L high-speed mixer round bottom blades, the barrel diameter is 330mm, the blade fillet is R50mm, and the total height is 90mm. The diameter of the inner hole of the blade is 40mm, and the keyway is 12mm. The inner thread of the cap is M24X2 (reverse). Material is stainless steel.
6. SHR10A high-speed mixer round bottom blades, barrel diameter 250mm, paddle fillet R27mm, total height 55mm. The diameter of the inner hole of the blade is 32mm, and the keyway is 10mm. Material is stainless steel.
